Ink sprays…. sound cool, right? But as soon as we get them, so many of us put them on the shelf with a shrug because we just don’t know what to do with them! We’re ending that today! Grab your sprays. Grab some stencils. Let’s get inky!

supplies for using ink sprays with stencils
You don’t need much to achieve great results. In fact, you don’t need anything special! Of course, if you need to do some shopping, I always have supplies linked below and at the end of the post. But, before you shop, be sure to check out my Crafty Sales page for any deals you can take advantage of at your favorite crafting haunts.
- Ink Sprays
- Cardstock and/or Vellum
- Stencils
- Splat Box or spray station (cardboard box)
- Gloves (optional)
- Heat Tool (optional)

steps to using ink sprays with stencils
- Set up a spray station to contain spray and for easy cleanup.
- Place a piece of cardstock in the spray station and place astencil over top.
- Spritz ink spray as much or as little as you like. If desired,spray different colors to achieve a multi-layered look.
- Carefully remove stencil (do not clean or wipe) and setcardstock aside.
- Add another piece of cardstock to the spray station, flipthe stencil and smoosh onto cardstock for a reverse print.
- If desired, spriz an additional color through the stencil fora double-colored look.
