steps to one layer spotlight
- Stamp image(s) onto paper appropriate for your coloring medium.
- Use a shaped die (any shape, any size) to create an outline, or multiple outlines on the image to create a single or multiple spotlights.
- Using the selected coloring medium, color only within the shaped area(s).
- Allow colored area(s) to dry and then use a soft, white eraser to remove any pencil marks.
