Welcome to a wonderful Altenew standalone Die release! Participating in this hop was the perfect way to cap off the month of die-namic die-only designs we’ve been creating on YouTube! If you don’t follow me on YouTube, you might not know that since March 2020, I have been hosting a weekly live stream! I’m live every Thursday at 4pm US Central time. I’d love to have you there! (check out the replay below to see what it’s all about!)
As you may know, this is a hop! You should be arriving from Jaycee’s blog. If not, you can track back to the Altenew Card Blog to start at the beginning, or continue around until you loop back here.

a die-namic ending to a die-only month!
As I shared at the beginning of the month, paper crafting has come such a long way in the last 15 years (when I started this card making adventure)! Now that we can do so many cool things with dies, it’s possible to create a project without ANY stamping! Standalone dies are unique in that they don’t have a corresponding stamp set. But that certainly doesn’t limit their use. It’s just an opportunity to have fun mixing and matching and not feeling boxed in by just having to use a coordinating stamp.
metallic starlight simplicity
Really, die-only designs can be as simple as any other project! This first project came together in three quick steps – paint, diecut, adhere!
