I love animals. Sometimes, I think I love animals more than people… I know you know what I mean. Unconditional love and snuggles, silly moments, snuggles, silly quirks and demands, snuggles…. Yah, life wouldn’t be as full if we didn’t have our beloved pets.

Using these new sets too soon
I was thrilled to have these new sentiment sets from Scrapbook.com – the Dog Sympathy and Pet Sympathy sets. They really filled a void in my collection and the sentiments are really perfect. I didn’t think I’d have need to use one so soon, though.

Flowers & Pets
I’m not sure if the flower is the right choice for a pet sympathy card, but I didn’t have any animal cutouts… I thought about using some of the paw prints from the stamp sets, but this flower was calling my name. The card is on its way to a crafty friend of mine who just lost her dog. I know she’ll love the card, but more importantly, she’ll know I’m thinking about her and sending her a big hug full of love and understanding.
