master sheets make the work go faster!

Occasionally, I throw out this term – Master Sheet. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, I go deep into it during this week’s live stream. Bottom line – I’m a FAN of this style of creating.

My stash of patterned paper is like ZERO. I have some select papers in my collection, but overall, I’m really not a patterned paper person. It took me a long time, and a lot of stacks of unused paper to figure that out. But, I’m glad I did!

I really love exercising my creativity in creating unique backgrounds for all of my projects. AND, I find that I create background best when I’m working with a LARGER size than my finished project. This allows me to be free with my creativity, then, cut out the part that I want to use when I’m done. The leftovers? They make additional cards, diecuts, etc… none of it goes to waste!

Check out this week’s live stream for details on how I created this amazing master sheet with ACRYLIC PAINTS! It is so fun and relaxing — a total zen experience!
