feathered friends soar in mighty waves
I was sooo excited to get the new Feathered Friends dies because I knew I wanted to pair them with the Mighty Waves 3D embossing folder! To some, this will look like a bird flying over the waves, and others will interpret the wave-like shapes as gusts of wind pushing the bird ever higher. Either way, I think you’re right! 😉
I pulled out the “soar” sentiment die from the Soar mini stamp & die set from a few months ago. It’s the perfect finishing touch!

ombre polka dot buds
You know I looooove stencils, and this one is no exception! The Polka Dot Buds stencil is a 2-stencil set that creates both the polka dot style circles and the leaves and centers. You can use them separately for a unique look, or, of course, combine them to create something like I did below.

The soar card is so cool! I think the gust of wind are pushing the bird higher,but which way it is, it is a great card. Love all the movement and the simplicity of the card.
