Happy Fri-yay! It’s crazy to think that October is almost over!! This is the third project for the month – I’m crafting live every Thursday at 4pm US Central time. If you can’t join me live, you should definitely check out the replay! (Psst! It’s at the end of this post!)

So many times, we want to put an element or grouping of elements in the center of a card design, but if you don’t add something to ground it, everything looks like it’s just floating there. Hmmmmm, yah. Not so much. How will we ground it?

There are lots of options, but one technique I shared recently is the Direct to Paper technique. (Brush up on the technique here). A cool way to do that technique is to create a circle by twisting the ink pad. (Seriously, check out the technique and try it!) And, bam! Our elements are grounded!

more interactive stuff

Of course, since we’re showcasing the interactive components of the Mail Drop stamp set, this week is another fun take 😀 Interactive isn’t synonymous with complex. It can be a fun, easy element, and in this case, very meta! LOL!
