whimsical simple nesting flowers
These Simple Nesting Flower dies from Altenew are so cute and fun! They are always begging for bright and bold colors and are a total mix & match situation. Make up all sorts of different colors and textures and then go to town creating whatever flowers you desire!
The inevitable problem comes when you want to create a nice arrangement, but you want the sentiment to go over top. Well, I had a stroke of genius when I figured out a great way to overcome the issue. You might not even notice it when you look at the design, but if you look long enough, you might just figure it out. If not, check out the replay where I share the secrets to my success!

I only use one cutting plate when using the magic mat on my die cutting machines. ? Why are you using two plates?
Hi Delina! GREAT QUESTION! It depends on what kind of machine you’re using. I use the Gemini Jr. and it doesn’t have a thick platform like the Sizzix Big Shot. So, my sandwich is much thinner and requires the two acrylic plates for almost every sandwich!
The flowers look sweet with that glitter paper. Love your card. Thank you for the inspiration.
