supplies for dry embossing with stencils
You don’t need much to achieve great results. In fact, you don’t need anything special! Of course, if you need to do some shopping, I always have supplies linked below and at the end of the post. - Cardstock, Letterpress Card or Watercolor Card
- Water Spray Bottle
- Diecutting Machine
- Paper or other shims for extra pressure in machine

steps to dry emboss with stencils
- Lightly spray the cardstock or watercolor paper with a mist of water on both sides.
- Create the same plate and shim sandwich you would as if you were diecutting, except place the stencil over the cardstock instead of a die.
- Add an extra shim if desired/necessary.
- Run the sandwich through the diecutting machine.
